IMPROV

Teamwork | Connection | Fun

Learn how to think on the fly, gain confidence, tell better stories, improve listening skills, collaborate toward shared goals, step out of your comfort zone, and embrace spontaneity.

In improv, there is no such thing as a mistake. Improv teaches the same lessons in work and life. If we support each other unconditionally in pursuit of shared goals, and if we value the power of play, we achieve great results.

Our introductory improv workshops are good for actors, team leaders, educators, students, and anyone looking to improve presentation and interpersonal communication skills. We’ve run hundreds of workshops on three continents for all ages.

Participants in our workshops will:

  • Learn the basic components of successful improvisation work: all-in group support, deep connection through verbal and nonverbal communication, taking safe “risks” that expand one’s comfort zone, accepting and adding to others’ ideas.

  • Learn two to three games/exercises they can use to create trust, buy-in, and engagement with others.

  • Identify, through play and its subsequent debriefs, the markers of successful play and how to facilitate that experience on their own.
